Hello world, the photo pretty sums up my week. Pretty tragic (as jean would say) for a 20 year old girl, huh? Haha. Been having several asthma attacks each day and I thought I was going to die the other night. Hahaha. But I'm alive so I guess I didn't die anyway (: It's indeed awful being sick and being stuck in bed. The worst thing is that since I had difficulty breathing, I could barely talk! And how can Esther Foong live without talking!? Thank God for technology. Thank God my fingers are.. erm, functional? At least I can type!Haha. But still, there are so many things to thank God for (: Thank God for people who have been showering me with so much care and concern! Thanks for all your msges, I feel so loved :D

And so, Da sao and grandma brought me to the Chinese Doctor on thurs. Yes you didn't read wrongly, a Chinese doctor. Everything was in Mandarin- The receptionist spoke mandarin, the name of the shop was in mandarin (like duh), the computer system at the clinic was in mandarin, the doctor spoke mandarin. Thank God Da sao was there to help translate. Haha.The doctor was pretty hilarious.

Doctor 1: Stick out your tongue.
Me: *Sticks out tongue effortlessly to the left*
Doctor 1: Can you please straighten your tongue. Later I diagnose you wrongly. Stop looking like you're having a stroke. HAHA *straight face*

Couldn't do any my SW2103 Report on thurs cos I was feeling so awful and I coughed till my head hurt so bad. And the thing is, the report was due friday. Haha. Hail me the "last minute queen" but by the grace of God(once again) I finished my report before 5.30pm on Friday (: Thank God for Lynn and Clarice who submitted it up for me. Thanks girls! <3

I can't believe myself but yes, even after using my ventolin puff for like the 85674769492th time, I still couldn't breathe. Thank God Joash drove ystd (: Da sao and ash came to pick me up from home. I'm so blessed am I not? (: Wanted to go to NUH but on second thoughts, I went to Raffless Medical instead (Yes, the place where I got my traumatic jab for my stomach flu the other time). And the doctor was hilarious, yet again!

Doctor 2: Do you have a cat?
Me: Yes.
Doctor 2: I'm sorry to say but the best pet you can ever have, is a..... a goldfish? :S

Both doctors were really kind though (: So anyway, I've been a real good girl (I think) and taking all my medication, avoiding all sorts of cold drinks and sweet stuff. (Torturous trust me. I've been dreaming of sweetalk and tehping ):) But no matter how awful the powdered Chinese medication tastes, no matter how many pills I've gotta down at one time, I will be good and get well soon. I feel pretty bad for having to trouble and worry my family and friends so much these few days :( And wasting their $$ like that :( Moved out of my house just so dad and mum could clean up my place and free my house from dust! I'm staying at bro's for a few days temporarily and they're taking so good care of me. Its... KUA ZHANG dao~! Haha.

So yes, I must get well soon! :D I am on the road to recovery, quite speedily I think. I can at least breathe now. Thank God! Really really really. Being able to breathe and talk is like the best gift from God (: Learnt to treasure life more (: The other day when I thought I was gonna die, I was thinking of all the things I wanna do and have not done yet. Like I haven't seen so and so come to know God yet! Haha. But yes, life is so precious. Everyday is like a gift of God (: Every breath is another chance. Gonna live my live more meaningfully from now on, yes, less of shopping and frivolous what nots I hope ;) For the people who care, for my family especially, for God (:
