The greatest love of all is mine

Hello world, happy valentine's day to all!

Love is in the air (: I show you what I mean:

Taken in the AS1 walkway in NUS. With these pretty hearts dangling above you, love songs blasting away, couples holding hands and... gazillion bloodsucking entrepreneurs preying on young innocent hopeless romantics, you know, Valentine's day is approaching!

I was just telling dot today that I regret not jumping onto the bandwagon this year (earning a "hamsum" sum from v day). Seriously, just stick some heart shape on some cheapo bear key chain and sell it for $20 bucks! People will buy, trust me. Haha. Not that love makes you dumber, in mathematical terms (perhaps economically) but yea, I hope that I'll never turn out like that next time, when I fall in love. We never know huh, do we?

I've got a really special date this year (: We've got a whole day of activities planned out! It's gonna be awesome! We're mtg at... The Fusion Youth Hub. For those of you who are like, "Where's that? Is that some pretty place where you take photos and do lomantic stuff?" Well... Sorta! Can bring you there someday! I meet the greatest love of my life there every Saturday ;) And that's none other than Jesus. (Sounds cheesy but it's really really true!)

He's my bestest date, He'll always be, even after I get married next time. Haha. I'm not saying this cos like, I'm super sour that I don't have a date this year. No okay! Haha But really, He's just been there for me 24/7 (: This week started off pretty rough for me but can I say one thing? Even a boyfriend would fail, a best friend would fail to be there for us every single time. But He never failed. Not once. Pam and I were just sharing at net about how we just cried out, "God! Help me!" this week, and how at that instant He came, took the pain, the anger, the negativity away and replaced it with comfort and peace.

It's an exciting journey that I have never regretted since I gave my heart to him when I was Sec 2. The good morning smiles everymorning, the chit chatting with Him when I'm alone and bored, the secrets we share with each other (Okay he knows everything. Haha!), the miracles He does in and through me, having Him watch over me every second of my life etc. Jesus is the bestest bestest bestest bestest friend ever.

Know what the cool thing is? Even though you might not know Him, He knows you inside out, and He loves you like crazyyy for who you are! You don't have to be somebody you're not, you don't have to do anything to make Him love you more, you can't make Him love you less. What kind of love is that! Seriously man ;) The best! (: This V day, if you'd just open your heart to Him, I'm sure, you'll never ever ever regret it ever again. (:

Whoever said V day was only for couples?! To me, it's just a season where we celebrate love- in all its forms! I wanted to do a post for all my friends whom I appreciate, treasure and love... After finding photos for an hours plus, I realised- it's not working. I've too many ppl to thank and I'm especially afraid to leave anyone out. Haha. Loser I know! But yes, you who are reading this, you mean a whole lot to me! (If I know you that is, hahaha) :D
